Metal Spark

Metal Spark, located in Diest, is a newly established metallurgical laboratory specializing in elemental analyses of metal samples using spark emission spectrometers. Employing a high-end Spark-OES spectrometer, we swiftly and professionally analyze the chemical composition of your metal samples. 

The following metals can be analyzed:

• Iron matrix: Steel, carbon steel, high-alloy steel, stainless steel, tool steel, manganese steel, and cast iron.
• Aluminum matrix: Pure aluminum and all aluminum alloys.
• Nickel matrix: Pure nickel and all nickel alloys.
• Copper matrix: Pure copper, bronze, brass, gunmetal.
• Titanium matrix: Pure titanium and all titanium alloys.
• Cobalt matrix: Pure cobalt and all cobalt alloys.
• Zinc: Pure zinc (>95%).
